Chris Millet is Director of Learning Design Operations at Penn State's World Campus. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the design and development of online and hybrid courses across multiple colleges and campuses, as well as the evaluation and development of new technologies to enhance teaching and learning for online students. Penn State World Campus is regularly ranked among the best online education programs in the world.

Chris' leadership responsibilities include co-chairing the eEducation Council and membership on a variety of university-wide committees including the Online Coordinating Council, Organizational Processes Steering Committee, and OER Task Force. Recent national leadership roles include co-chairing the IMS Caliper Learning Analytics standards workgroup and serving on the Civitas Learning Partner Leadership Council.

Chris has a Masters in Instructional Systems from Penn State’s College of Education.
